Job Summary:

A Robotics Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robotic systems and automation solutions.

These engineers apply mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles to build robots that improve efficiency, safety, and productivity in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, defense, and logistics.

  • Design, build, and test robotic systems, components, and prototypes.
  • Develop and program control systems, sensors, and automation software.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing robotic applications.
  • Conduct research to enhance robotic capabilities and integrate emerging technologies (artificial intelligence, machine learning, Internet of Things).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and performance.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in robotics, mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, MATLAB, and ROS.
  • Knowledge of control systems, sensors, and embedded systems.
  • Experience with CAD software and mechanical design.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence, computer vision, and machine learning is a plus.
