Job Opportunity: AI/ML Developer

Growth and Development:

  • Design, build, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning models for financial services applications.
  • Work with large language models to implement solutions for automation, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Develop and optimize code in Python for scalable model training and deployment.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Machine Learning Frameworks: Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
  • LARGE LANGUAGE MODELS (LLMs): Familiarity with OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in generative AI applications for finance.
  • Understanding of R and statistical modeling.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools for deployment and monitoring.
  • Exposure to regulatory and compliance considerations in the financial services domain.

Key Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent problem-solving ability, with capacity to work independently.
  • Collaboration and communication skills, with experience working directly with teams.

Additional Information:

  • The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the USA.
  • Experience required: 3-6 years.
  • Commitment: 4 hours/day (Monday-Friday).
  • Time: Flexible hours with reporting time around 1:30 a.m. IST.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring models meet compliance, accuracy, and performance benchmarks relevant to the financial sector.
