We are seeking a visionary AI developer to spearhead the creation of innovative, bespoke AI solutions from scratch.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing intelligent AI agents that cater to our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy AI models using custom algorithms and pipelines for data processing, decision-making, and interaction logic.
  • Create and train machine learning models for NLP, decision trees, reinforcement learning, or agent-based systems, as applicable.
  • Integrate AI components with existing systems and APIs.
  • Optimize models and systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning principles.
  • Excellent coding skills in Python, including OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Solid experience in algorithm development, statistical modeling, and model evaluation.

Additionally, proficiency in machine learning, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning is necessary for this role. We also expect strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on projects.
