Our organization is looking for an exceptional GenAI Engineer to lead the development of our AI platform.

This role requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms, as well as experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.

We are seeking someone who can design the architecture, implement major components, and take ownership of product releases. Additionally, this person will be responsible for communicating clear goals, providing constructive feedback, managing, coaching, and supporting the engineering team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs or equivalent scale
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs)
  • 4+ years of engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is a plus

  • Architectural Design: Ability to design cost-efficient architectures aligned with overall architectural vision
  • Implementation: Experience in implementing major components of the product
  • Leadership: Proven ability to communicate clear goals, provide constructive feedback, manage, coach, and support engineering teams
  • Quality Assurance: Strong focus on maintaining high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews
