Job Description:

Leverage your technical expertise to deliver scalable solutions for large enterprises, integrating our cutting-edge cloud storage optimization technology into their infrastructure. This role involves architecting and designing solutions, as well as driving technical discussions with customer teams.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to join our team. As a Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for delivering and onboarding our software for customers, which includes technical discussions, solution design and also project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Solve complex technical challenges so customers can focus on their businessArchitect and design scalable solutions for large enterprisesIntegrate our technology seamlessly into customer's cloud infrastructureDrive and/or take part in technical solutions discussions with customer teamsDeliver product and technical presentations to potential clientsWork with customers to identify key business challenges and position the right technology solutions to address those challengesDevelop long-term strategies to improve customer business operations through data management tools and servicesPlay a part in educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud technology
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and their relevant build, deployment, automation, networking, and security technologies in cloud environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong expertise in Technical Post Sales
  • Working experience on Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience working in a high-engagement customer-facing role
  • Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills required to work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams to meet performance goals
  • Account management and project management skills
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment
  • Public cloud certifications would be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in the storage domain would be an added advantage
