  • Regularly analyze and report on compensation metrics, headcount, and budget.
  • Ensure adherence to process for all remuneration and benefits programs.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA from top-tier institute with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • MBA from other institutes with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits if coming from industry (non-consulting).
