Job Title:

BIM Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced BIM project manager to lead our team in implementing building information modeling across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM tools, software, and processes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement BIM strategies for select projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BIM into project controls, including process improvement and automation.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on BIM best practices and software utilization.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to resources, scope, and budget, ensuring timely project delivery.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in BIM implementation, management, and training.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and CDE software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Information Management certification in ISO 19650 is preferred.
