Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Building Information Modeller. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the production and verification of drawings and reports, BIM management within the Electrical/Power infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with discipline leads and engineers in project delivery programmes
  • Coordinate with Arcadis teams to deliver power infrastructure projects and ensure alignment on BIM objectives
  • Manage team resources and allocate tasks effectively
  • Oversee quality control of BIM deliverables and ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
  • Guide and mentor BIM project teams
  • Ensure high-quality project deliverables within timeframes and budgets
  • Engage with project teams regarding safe design requirements and flag potential risks
  • Establish best practices for BIM processes and manage digital models throughout project phases
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil/Electrical/Power Engineering or relevant field
  • 10+ years of professional experience in BIM management
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments
  • Knowledge of German Standards is beneficial
  • Experience working on German projects is an advantage
  • Proficiency in software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD Map, ProjectWise, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Knowledge of ArcGIS Pro and QGIS is a plus
