About this Role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to join our team. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective drawing strategies with project engineers.
  • Utilize expertise in Tekla software to create accurate and detailed 3D models.
  • Liaise with clients and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct estimations and costing of CAD/BIM projects based on client inputs.
  • Adapt to various tools and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Key Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience working on complex projects independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in multiple sectors and disciplines, including structural and architectural outlook.
  • Proficient in Tekla software for Steel/Concrete/Point cloud/Pre-cast/Cast in situ working models.
  • Strong knowledge of Tekla Structures with latest versions, able to use all standard functions without requiring support.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
