Job Title: BIM Modeler II

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM modeler to join our team. As a BIM modeler, you will play a key role in the design and development of building information models (BIMs) for various projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to create accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings, structures, and infrastructure using Building Information Modelling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Plant 3D.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the BIM models meet the project's requirements and are delivered on time.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior team members in their development, providing them with feedback and guidance to help them improve their skills.

We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree: DEE / B.E in Electronics and Instrumentation / Instrumentation and controls / Electrical Engineering from a recognized University.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years' drafting experience in the design of water and waste water treatment plants.
  • Software Skills: Knowledge of Plant 3D, Auto CAD, Revit and other industry software viz.
  • Drafting Knowledge: Drafting knowledge in P&ID, Instrument symbol library, Instrument installation drawings.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language, with good report writing, analytical and computer skills.
