Job Summary:

This Electrical BIM Modeling role is an exciting opportunity to utilize your technical skills and attention to detail in the creation of high-quality building information models.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional workspace interiors that transform raw space into award-winning offices, data centers, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for Electrical & ELV Systems throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all models align with established BIM Execution Plans and company/project standards.
  • Prepare and coordinate lighting, power, cable tray, and conduiting layouts to meet project requirements.
  • Generate SLDs and fire alarm & PA layouts as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure completeness and adherence to project standards.
  • Utilize Revit to prepare Schedule Quantities (BOQ) for MEP services and create/modifiy Revit Families as required.
  • Maintain knowledge of fabrication drawings and generate various electrical layouts, sections, elevations, and details for clash detection purposes.
