**Program Manager - EdTech Role Overview**

We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead large-scale programs from launch to completion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a portfolio of academic programs, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple cohorts and partners.
  • Monitor learner journey from enrollment to completion, set up frameworks for grievance redressal and escalation handling.
  • Manage onboarding of universities, corporates and academic partners, leading LMS integration and ensuring partner deliverables are met.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain dashboards for program health and generate reports for leadership and partners.
