**Job Title:** Course Coordinator

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will oversee course planning and scheduling to ensure alignment with academic calendars and departmental goals.

  • This involves collaborating with faculty to develop course syllabi, materials, and assessment methods.
  • The successful candidate will also monitor course delivery, ensuring teaching quality and adherence to learning objectives.
  • Evaluation of course feedback and performance data is crucial to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Course Planning and Scheduling: Ensure courses are aligned with academic calendars and meet departmental goals.
  2. Collaboration with Faculty: Develop course syllabi, materials, and assessment methods in collaboration with faculty members.
  3. Course Delivery Monitoring: Monitor course delivery to ensure teaching quality and adherence to learning objectives.
  4. Course Feedback and Evaluation: Evaluate course feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Course Logistics Management: Manage course logistics, including room bookings, exam schedules, and assignment deadlines.
  6. Accreditation and Institutional Compliance: Work with the administration to ensure courses meet accreditation standards and institutional policies.
