Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and motivated Performance Marketing Intern to join our team.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience in online marketing, working alongside our experienced team to support campaigns across social media, paid ads, email marketing, and more.

You'll be involved in real campaigns, learning from the best and developing valuable skills that will serve you well in any future marketing role.

Our ideal candidate is eager to learn, enthusiastic about marketing, and possesses strong communication skills.

  • Support Campaign Execution: Assist in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and email.
  • Track and Analyze Results: Help monitor campaign performance, from clicks and conversions to overall ROI.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Take part in A/B testing to improve ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work with the creative team to develop engaging content for ads and social media.
  • Stay on Top of Trends: Keep an eye on what's happening in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Willingness to Learn: We're looking for someone who's excited to pick up new skills and grow in the marketing field.
  • Smarts & Quick Grasp: You don't need to know everything about digital marketing right now, but we're looking for someone who picks up new concepts quickly and can think on their feet.
  • Interest in Marketing & Consumers: A genuine interest in how marketing works is key.
  • Integrity: You'll be working with data and confidential information, so it's crucial that you act with honesty and integrity.
  • Good Communication: Being able to communicate clearly will be important as you'll be working with different teams.

Nice to Have

  • Some familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Google Analytics.
  • A basic understanding of SEO or content marketing.
  • Experience using social media for business purposes.
