We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our influencer management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive database of influencers across various categories and platforms.
Responsibilities:- Create a robust influencer database that covers multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and more.
- Foster strong relationships with existing and new influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Negotiate commercials with influencers, guaranteeing fair agreements.
- Analyze campaign performance using Excel and PowerPoint, highlighting key insights and metrics.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and high-quality expectations.
- Develop a database of top influencers in India, providing valuable market research.
- Plan and execute campaigns, leveraging strategic partnerships to drive success.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, accompanied by outstanding presentation-making abilities.
- Digital-first mindset, with a passion for internet and digital technologies.
- 6-12 months of experience in an agency environment.
- Able to decode trends and analytics from data, driving informed decision-making.
- Problem-solving attitude, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
- Passionate about building successful collaborations with influencers, driving business growth.
