Our organization is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in paid media and performance marketing, with a strong understanding of digital platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Owning end-to-end campaign management: audience research, keyword targeting, ad creation, bid strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Analyzing campaign data to provide insights, improve ROI, and scale budgets effectively.
  • Collaborating with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and ad-tech innovations.
  • Preparing performance reports for internal teams and clients with clear KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Managing campaign budgets and pacing to maximize results.
  • Experimenting with A/B testing, remarketing, and funnel optimization.

Requirements include:

  • 2–5 years of experience in paid media / performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with ads, programmatic, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver ROI-driven results.
  • Google/Meta certifications are an added advantage.
