
IT Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team. This role is crucial in propelling our business forward by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth initiatives.
This consultant will play a pivotal part in the sales process by placing outbound calls to qualify leads through marketing campaign follow-up and cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, generating leads through various channels, and recommending lead generation campaigns as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-directed and team-oriented, and possess strong time management skills. They should also be proactive and self-motivated, with a good understanding of IT software, technology, and modern tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls
- Set appointments with clients and prospects
- Generate leads through email, social media, and other channels
- Recommend and run lead generation campaigns as necessary
- Research and identify potential customers using various sources like sales navigator and online searches
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and nurture existing leads
- Articulate the value proposition of IT products/services and negotiate initial objections
- Achieve quota of number of qualified leads per month
- Develop and maintain territory plans to maximize phone time
- Utilize CRM tools, email tools, database tools, and other relevant software effectively
Requirements:
- 1-4 years experience in business development, lead qualification, telesales, or inside sales in a B2B environment
- Domestic/international calling experience is mandatory
- Fluency in regional languages is desired
- Preferably female candidates with MBA in Sales and Marketing
- Experience in India, US, Europe, and other international markets for IT inside sales/sales is highly preferred
- Proven track record at achieving measurable goals
- Experience in generating executive level leads for enterprise companies
- Knowledge and experience working with CRM tools and email marketing software
- Proficient in using sales navigator and virtual conferencing tools
