Training Center Manager Position

The MSMG Foundation is dedicated to promoting vocational education under the Skill India Mission. Our goal is to provide market-relevant skills to unemployed youth and school or college dropouts, thereby enhancing their employability.

We are seeking a qualified Training Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our training center in Bikaner. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality education and effective training programs. Key responsibilities include staff management, stakeholder coordination, progress monitoring, and implementing strategies to achieve the Foundation's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and ensure quality education
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and monitor progress
  • Implement strategies to achieve the Foundation's mission
  • Maintain compliance with accreditation standards
  • Enhance the employability of trainees

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent operational planning and coordination skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of vocational training and skill development
  • Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or related field
  • Experience working with the Skill India Mission or similar initiatives is highly desirable
