Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corrective exercise and injury-prevention techniques. They should be able to develop holistic, form-first training programs that prioritize member safety and progress.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading group strength and conditioning sessions, with a focus on proper form and technique.
  • Developing and implementing mobility and recovery programs, with a focus on corrective exercise.
  • Conducting daily consultations with members, including assessments, progress tracking, and injury-prevention strategies.
  • Collaborating with the Head Coach to implement training blocks and ensure consistent progress among members.
  • Maintaining accurate training logs and providing structured feedback on member progress.
Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A recognised Strength & Conditioning certification (e.g. NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE).
  • Minimum 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
  • A passion for developing high-performance training programs and working with individuals to achieve their goals.
