Technical Expertise Support Specialist

The Technical Expertise Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting technical experts in resolving Service Now tasks, particularly those related to main bearing issues. They are responsible for creating and maintaining failed component information and authoring documents in Teamcenter and Windchill.

This position requires effective communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical drive trains, roller bearings, and project coordination, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support technical experts in resolving Service Now tasks
  • Author documents in Teamcenter and Windchill
  • Create and maintain failed component information
  • Update management on potential serial defects
  • Work closely with local business units and central business units
  • Assign tasks along the technical support process

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in mechanical drive trains and roller bearings
  • Proven experience in project coordination or similar role
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering
