  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-impact training programs
  • Develop activity-based training sessions that foster hands-on learning
  • Create peer-to-peer learning forums for team members to share and grow together
  • Drive buddy training and mentorship programs for new hires
  • Provide hands-on coaching and on-the-job training
  • Lead online training sessions on sales skills, product knowledge, communication, and closing

  • Develop expertise in using generative AI and LLMs to create content, assessments, and adaptive learning paths at scale
