Technical Support Advocate

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Advocate to join our team. As a Technical Support Advocate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a smooth and satisfying experience with our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for subscription management, payment issues, refunds, and token redemption.
  • Assist customers with post-installation technical support for Microsoft products, including Windows and M365.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and device network/connectivity problems.
  • Help customers download, install, and activate products and recommend solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in managing accounts, payments, and billing inquiries.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for software and connectivity issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
