Insurance Broker Support Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Insurance Broker Support Specialist.
This role involves providing expert advice on commercial insurance products, risk management strategies, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and underwriters/brokers/account executives to ensure seamless service delivery.
A key responsibility of this role is to maintain accurate records of client interactions and knowledge material. This includes conducting training sessions for employees to enhance their understanding of commercial insurance principles and practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail analytical skills and the ability to multi-task. A graduate in any stream with relevant experience in US P&C insurance lifecycle - pre-placement, placement, and post-placement activities is preferred. Proficiency in English language- both written (Email writing) and verbal is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products, risk management strategies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and knowledge material.
- Conduct training sessions for employees to enhance their understanding of commercial insurance principles and practices.
- Manage and resolve basic inquiries associated with all aspects of Client Services and service delivery.
- Communicate directly with underwriters/brokers/account executives to follow up or obtain additional information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Relevant and meaningful years of experience of working in US P&C insurance lifecycle - pre-placement, placement, and post-placement activities.
- Demonstrate and cultivate customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative, and innovation.
- Proficient in English language- both written (Email writing) and verbal.
