Senior Broker Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in driving growth for our insurance clients. This dynamic individual will develop and execute strategies to support sales teams, manage go-to-market initiatives, and nurture long-term relationships with key client decision-makers.

About the Role:

This senior-level position focuses on commercial lines within the U.S. P&C insurance markets. The successful candidate will have expertise in brokerage/broker support and be responsible for leading and co-managing a portfolio of existing insurance brokerage clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage go-to-market strategies for assigned products and customer markets to achieve revenue and gross margin targets
  • Participate in responses to RFPs and business proposals for potential clients
  • Ensure SLAs and deliverables are met within timeframe, creating strategies for remediation of service level issues
  • Mentor and monitor team members to ensure efficiency in meeting individual and team targets based on quality, inventory, and TAT
Requirements:

We seek candidates with extensive experience in insurance operations, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in insurance lifecycle activities, such as endorsements processing, policy administration, and product management, is highly desirable. A thorough understanding of the U.S. insurance ecosystem, including distribution, brokerage, technology platforms, data, and analytics sources, is essential. Excellent communication skills and prior P&L responsibilities for insurance-related products are also required.
