We are inviting applications for a seasoned Insurance Operations professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President/ Vice President- P&C Insurance Broker Support. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to support our insurance company clients, creating new products and solutions, managing existing ones, and driving sales growth.
P&C insurance markets with an emphasis on commercial lines require expertise in brokerage operations and support. Experience in Brokerage/ Broker Support is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and monitor team members to ensure efficiency in meeting individual and team targets based on quality, inventory, and TAT.
- Lead operations delivery for the site and enable support across sites.
With extensive years of experience in Insurance operations, you will be well-equipped to handle pre-placement, placement, and post-placement activities such as endorsements processing, policy administration, policy checking, policy issuance, quoting, renewal prep, submissions, surplus lines, licensing, agency admin, inspections, and more.
You will possess knowledge of the S. insurance ecosystem including distribution, brokerage, technology platforms, data and analytics sources, and trends impacting the market. Additionally, you will have experience engaging with senior level insurance company executives, developing go-to-market strategies, and prior P&L responsibilities for insurance related products.
