Job Title: Retention Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retention marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, web push, and app push.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align retention marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to retention efforts, providing regular reports and insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in retention marketing within the e-commerce or product-focused industry.
  • Proficient in utilizing multiple communication channels for customer retention strategies.
  • Expertise in leveraging platforms like WebEngage, CleverTap, Wizgo, and MoEngage to effectively execute and optimize multi-channel retention marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to segment and target customers based on behavioral data and preferences.
