**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Customer Retention Specialist to lead the development and execution of our customer retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer behavior and be able to identify opportunities to improve retention.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute retention strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform retention initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on retention goals
  • Build and maintain customer segmentation models to target specific customer segments with relevant retention campaigns
  • Manage retention campaigns across email, SMS, app, and other channels

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in customer retention, CRM
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with customer data
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with email marketing platforms, CRM software, and customer data platforms
