We are seeking an accomplished Sales Revenue Generation Specialist to enhance our organization's business performance.

Job Description:

This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for navigating job portals, working with US-based staffing firms, sourcing new business leads, conducting outbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Navigate and work with job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and Indeed.
  • Work with U.S.-based staffing firms, acting as a bridge between clients and resources.
  • Source and interact with U.S. IT Staffing professionals (clients/vendors) for potential business leads.
  • Research and implement new ideas for active and passive job searches.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the USA to introduce and promote our services.
  • Maintain clear and organized work reports and other documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Telemarketing or Sales Executive in the IT services industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
  • A self-motivated and result-oriented individual who meets deadlines and sales quotas.
  • Knowledge of various US Visa and Tax forms such as US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa holders on all the tax terms.
  • Ability to think freely and manage rate negotiations with clients/vendors.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals.
  • Prior telemarketing experience supporting the U.S. IT staffing industry.
  • Basic knowledge of IT services and technologies is a plus.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proven proficiency in using MS Office Suite products such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
