  • Maintaining exceptional customer service standards in accordance with contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations
  • Communicating clear expectations to employees and providing regular updates to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Organizing and facilitating team meetings and activities to foster collaboration and teamwork

Requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of one year's experience as a Team Leader in an international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment
  • Strong proficiency in operations metrics such as Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, and SLA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
