Job Title: Team Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization and drive employee engagement initiatives in Surat, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Employee Engagement Strategies: Design and execute programs to enhance workforce morale and productivity, conduct regular feedback surveys, and analyze results to inform engagement strategies.
  • Organize Team-Building Activities and Events: Plan and execute team-building activities, events, and wellness programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Manage Employee Suggestions and Grievances: Act as a point of contact for employee suggestions and grievances, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
Performance Management System (PMS):
  • Implement and Manage PMS: Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes, coordinate with department heads to ensure timely and accurate performance assessments.
  • Analyze Performance Data: Analyze performance data to support learning and development planning, and drive business outcomes.
Employee Relations:
  • Build a Positive Work Environment: Foster a positive work environment through transparent communication, fair practices, and inclusive policies.
  • Address Employee Grievances and Disciplinary Issues: Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with organizational policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
  • Strong HR Foundation: Possess a strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools, with an analytical mindset and ability to drive insights from engagement and performance data.
  • Educational Background: Hold an MBA in Human Resource or a related field.
