Customer Relationship Manager Position:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee customer relationship management systems, execute CRM campaigns, analyze customer data, and support business teams in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and organized CRM databases.
- Develop and implement effective CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor customer engagement, conversion rates, and churn, providing actionable insights to the business team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to personalize and optimize customer journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Support loyalty and retention programs, including customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
- Assist in automating CRM processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer engagement role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies.
