Customer Relationship Manager Position:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee customer relationship management systems, execute CRM campaigns, analyze customer data, and support business teams in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and organized CRM databases.
  • Develop and implement effective CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor customer engagement, conversion rates, and churn, providing actionable insights to the business team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to personalize and optimize customer journeys.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Support loyalty and retention programs, including customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
  • Assist in automating CRM processes and workflows to improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C environments.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer engagement role.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies.
