Property Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new properties that meet our criteria.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and property sourcing, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the real estate industry. They should be confident and articulate individuals with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities include engaging with walk-in customers to understand their property needs, managing extensive client relation exercises, and driving sales through various marketing initiatives. The candidate should also be responsible for handling direct enquiries from advertising & hoardings, negotiating and finalizing sales transactions with interested clientele, and ensuring regular product & updates to channel partners.

To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about sales and have a good understanding of consumer behavior. You should also be well-versed in the real estate market and able to gather market intelligence.
