Mobile Device Management and Enterprise Mobility Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to establish a robust Mobile Device Management (MDM) system and drive enterprise mobility initiatives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our team as a Mobile Device Management and Enterprise Mobility Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure and efficient MDM solution that meets the needs of our organization.

Your primary focus will be on creating an Android Enterprise Account, deploying a compatible MDM platform, developing streamlined device enrolment processes, and building security policies. You will also be required to configure integration with internal applications and tools, provide support and training resources, and maintain ongoing oversight of the MDM environment.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can take ownership of this critical initiative and drive it forward with passion and dedication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create an Android Enterprise Account for app store management.
  • Deploy a compatible MDM platform to facilitate unified management and policy enforcement.
  • Develop streamlined device enrolment processes, including bulk and self-service options.
  • Build and implement security policies, covering encryption, password protocols, permitted applications, remote wipe, and secure connectivity to internal resources.
  • Configure integration with internal Entra applications and tools.
  • Provide support and training resources for end users and IT staff.
  • Maintain ongoing oversight of the MDM environment.
  • Architect and configure a mobile-based Android VPN solution.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 level support for ticket escalated for Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrolment/management/imaging issues.
Requirements
  • Experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions.
  • Knowledge of Android Enterprise Accounts and compatible MDM platforms.
  • Skills in developing streamlined device enrolment processes.
  • Ability to build and implement security policies.
  • Experience in configuring integration with internal applications and tools.
