Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Operations Lead, overseeing project lifecycle from initiation through execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration and communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

  • Closely coordinate with manpower agencies to secure the right resources on time.
  • Foster effective teamwork among project stakeholders by facilitating open communication.
  • Establish comprehensive reporting mechanisms to track project progress, including weekly updates.
  • Nurture professional relationships with design professionals, vendors, and clients while directing the installation team to execute work according to design specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with functional teams to maintain high standards of execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil, Architecture, or Interior Design is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in executing modular corporate or residential interior fitout projects is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and convey them effectively.
  • A strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude for basic project management principles.
  • Extreme attention to detail and a no-compromise attitude towards quality.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/GSheets is necessary.
  • Superb interpersonal and multitasking skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality.
