As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 system.

The role involves working with functional users to understand and document business requirements, performing system analysis, and identifying potential impacts of proposed application changes.

You will create and update technical specification documents, design and build solutions to meet business needs, and document and execute test cases to thoroughly test your own development work.

In addition, you will perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members, analyze, design, code, and implement changes to resolve production issues, and provide 24/7 on-call support as assigned.

Required skills and qualifications include minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts.

Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above is also required, as well as functional and technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite.

Strong problem-solving and analysis skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work with both technical and functional resources are essential.
