Apprentice - Talent Acquisition Specialist


About the Role:

The Resourcing Assistant plays a crucial role in representing the organization throughout the hiring process, ensuring exceptional candidate engagement and experience.

Reporting to the Resourcing Delivery Manager, this role involves working closely with the Resourcing Specialist group to support the recruitment of entry-level talent to the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch candidate support from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring an outstanding end-to-end recruitment and candidate experience within their designated business division or location.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional candidate support throughout the hiring process
  • Work closely with the Resourcing Shared Services teams in Mumbai and South Africa
  • Develop strong communication skills to establish rapport, trust, and credibility with candidates
  • Ensure timely and accurate support to the Resourcing Specialist and Resourcing Manager
  • Collaborate as part of a delivery team to create a collegiate and collaborative team dynamic
  • Maintain process and data compliance in Workday, minimizing risk around personal and sensitive data
  • Ensure offer documentation is sent to candidates within agreed timescales
  • Adhere to processes related to legal right to work and pre-employment screening

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will require:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Familiarity with Workday and other HR systems

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Aptitude for learning and adapting to new processes and technologies

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

Basic understanding of employment law and regulations
