Job Title: Business Process Improvement Specialist

As a seasoned professional in Oracle Functional Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. Your expertise in Oracle EBS Procurement and Finance modules will enable you to design and implement effective business processes that drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough functional evaluations and detailed analyses of business requirements.
  • Participate in design discussions and workshops to address process gaps and improve existing systems.
  • Map business requirements to Oracle ERP modules and develop scalable solutions.
  • Responsible for functional solution design, application setups, and testing.
  • Prepare comprehensive design documentation and collaborate with application teams to support business requirements.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Procurement (EBS) and 4-5 years of experience in R12 Oracle Financials modules.
  • Strong understanding of customization, reports, integration, OAF, and Oracle Mobile applications.
  • Experience in at least 4-5 projects, including implementations or roll-outs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers and IT teams effectively.

Additional Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Oracle EBS Procurement modules and Oracle standard processes.
  • Ability to map business requirements to Oracle ERP modules and come up with the best fit and scalable solution.
  • Participation in testing to ensure that the new system/solution works as expected.
