Job Overview

A highly skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist is required to enhance our organization's efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sales and Distribution processes and experience in testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertise in Sales and Distribution processes-L3
  • Experience in testing methodologies(a must)
  • Experience in S4 implementation (Good to have)
  • Expertise in understanding overall different SDLC and also Testing life cycle
  • Good oral and written communication (a must)
  • Good documentation & presentations skills(a must)
  • Proficient in coordinating with Business analysts, teams, Functional analysts
  • Expertise in understating core business process flow
  • Expertise in designing End to end business process improvement strategies
  • Expertise in usage of any Test management tool
  • Create and implement software testing planning, strategy
  • Expertise in testing best practises, standards, methodologies, testing metrics, defect life cycle
  • Proficient in managing and maintaining different testing KPIs
  • Manage, train, and mentor resources on testing best practices and methodologies
  • Manage effort tracking for all tasks
  • Ensure development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance, and defect management
  • Ensure that testing and validation processes are improved continuously and motivate the team
  • Experience in working together with automation team in sharing functional knowledge, script development, remediation
  • Exposure in preparing Test reporting
