About the Role:

As a Business Advisory Professional, you will drive process improvements and risk management across various business functions. This role is critical in ensuring that processes align with industry best practices while proactively identifying areas for improvement.

You will lead and perform in-depth analysis of business risks, create efficiency in processes, and ensure business impacts. Your focus will be on strategic planning, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement.

  1. Drive process improvements and risk management across multiple business functions.
  2. Create efficiency in processes and ensure business impacts.
  3. Lead and perform in-depth analysis of business risks.
  4. Assist in building and executing internal audit frameworks.
  5. Partner with functional heads to maintain risk registers and support mitigation plans.
  6. Monitor emerging risks, especially in areas such as data privacy and cyber security.
  7. Liaise with external auditors and other stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proactive approach to identifying and addressing business risks
