Engineering Program Manager Role

We have an urgent requirement for an Engineering Program Manager to lead high-profile programs with one of our global clients based in Chennai and Mumbai. If you are a seasoned program management professional with experience in financial services or technology, we would like to hear from you.

As an Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex programs across multiple locations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of program management experience in financial services or technology
  • 5+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or highly regulated industries
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs with numerous stakeholders

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge of data management, analytics, and reporting platforms
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and practices
