Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Director of Digital Transformation to lead our organization's digital transformation efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and financial accountability.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing small-scale to large-scale programs, with a strong background in project management, technical architecture, and business acumen. They will be able to drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and deployment, as well as lead simplification initiatives.

The Program Director of Digital Transformation will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of program planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk/issue tracking, and stakeholder communication. They will also be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, including design teams and quality teams, through the product development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and financial accountability
  • Manage small-scale to large-scale programs, including program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle, including risk/issue tracking and stakeholder communication
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process
  • Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and deployment

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education:

  • Masters/Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline

Experience:

  • 18+ years of overall IT experience
  • 10+ years of project management relevant experience in Medical Device

Certifications:

  • PMP/equivalent
  • CSM
  • SAFe/RTE or handling ART Experience

Skills:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to influence all customers
  • Independent thinker with commercial and operational view
