Job Title:

Key Accounts Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with premium merchants, tracking their portfolios, communicating with them effectively, and ensuring that our services are delivered in assigned areas.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for meeting sales targets of multiple payment solutions, including QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, point of sale software, insurance, and other financial products.

We are looking for someone who can drive product penetration and revenue growth while enabling our new business lines and promoting our brand in the marketplace.

The ideal candidate should be able to track and attend to merchant grievances efficiently and ensure they are resolved on time.

They should also be able to plan and execute day-to-day activities along with the team, review deliverables, and gather consistent feedback from the market for existing offerings and insights into the competition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Able to take ownership without handholding and navigate ambiguity comfortably
  • Passionate about working in a fast-growing firm
  • Articulate complex solutions to novice customers
  • Fintech experience or same field experience candidates to be prioritized
  • Honesty and trustworthiness are essential virtues
  • Good sales and negotiation skills
  • Interest in financial products and markets
  • Understanding of local geography
