
Business Development Specialist

We're seeking a proactive and ambitious professional to drive sales pipeline growth through outbound outreach, lead qualification, and discovery call scheduling.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching decision-makers, crafting compelling messages, and enabling the sales team with better-qualified leads.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in B2B research, pre-sales, or sales and be comfortable using AI tools for better outreach.
Bonus points for those with experience in industrial procurement / SaaS and English + Hindi proficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Build targeted lists via industry reports, event lists, and other sources
- Research ideal accounts and decision-makers
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, WhatsApp, and calls
- Qualify prospects using BANT (or similar) frameworks
- Proactive and ambitious professional with 1–3 years of experience in B2B research, pre-sales, or sales
- Strong research skills with ability to identify ideal accounts and decision-makers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to craft compelling messages
- Comfortable using AI tools for better outreach and lead qualification
- English + Hindi proficiency a plus
- 1:1 mentoring from a senior leader
- High ownership and visibility within the organization
- Fast learning curve across B2B GTM, sales, and AI products
