Job Title: Senior Sales Manager for Food and Beverages

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager for our Food and Beverages division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to deliver sales, market share, and profit with management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain good relationships with current clients/distributors and provide support as needed.
  2. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
  3. Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
  4. Communicate and receive customer requests or provide solutions.
  5. Cost calculation and making quotation.
  6. Support clients and product delivery schedules.
  7. Appoint distributors and coordinate with them on timely deliveries.
  8. Purchase and inventory control.
  9. Collection of receivables as per the credit timelines.
  10. Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate or Bachelor's degree.
  • Working experience in trading companies related to food or food additives at the middle management level for at least five years.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Stable career holder (One company for at least five years).
  • Strong analytical skills.

Benefits:

INR 70K to 80K Per Month. Only Second Saturday would be off in a month. Life/Accidental Insurance facilities.
