Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join our team at Samyojak Consultancy Services, dealing in the Finance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication between the sales team, support teams, and management. They will also set objectives and targets for the sales team and ensure goals are communicated clearly and hit regularly. Increasing revenue, expanding market share, enhancing customer satisfaction, and improving sales processes are key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts. Act as the main point of contact for major clients and address their needs and concerns. Work closely with the sales team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the leadership team. Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize sales operations.
4. Sales Process Optimization:
Continuously assess and refine the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and implement innovative sales strategies and tactics. Collaborate with other departments to streamline cross-functional processes.
5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide market feedback to the product development and marketing teams. Adjust sales strategies based on market dynamics and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 15 years of proven experience in sales of investment/financial/loan services. Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and market dynamics. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to inspire and lead a team. Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings.
