Job Title: Business Development Experts

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our sales team as Business Development Experts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in nurturing existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Nurturing Existing Consultant Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing consultant network, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Influencing New Consultants: Identifying and engaging new consultants from various industries, including HVAC, MEP, and Architects, to explore opportunities for collaboration.
  • Pursuing New Approvals: Researching and pursuing new approvals from OEMs, government organizations, and other relevant bodies to expand our market reach.
  • Identifying and Converting New Prospects: Proactively identifying and converting new prospects, including OEMs, contractors, and traders, into valued customers.
  • Regional Focus: With a special emphasis on the states of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala, the successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement targeted strategies to drive growth in these regions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Male
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Hindi (not mandatory, but beneficial)
  • Proficient with computers (email, Google Drive, MS Office)
  • Must have their own mode of transportation
