Business Process Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Transformation Expert to join our team. As a Business Process Transformation Expert, you will play a key role in driving business process improvement and transformation initiatives across the organization.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in business process management and SAP Signavio implementation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing process models, analyzing business processes, and providing recommendations for process improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Modeling & Analysis

    • Develop and maintain process models using SAP Signavio tools (Process Manager, Journey Modeler, Collaboration Hub).
    • Conduct workshops to discover and model current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes.
    • Apply BPMN 2.0 standards to create consistent and scalable process models.
    • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities using Signavio Process Intelligence.

  2. Implementation & Integration

    • Configure and deploy SAP Signavio modules based on business requirements.
    • Integrate Signavio with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, ECC, and other enterprise systems.
    • Set up centralized process repositories with governance and variant handling.
    • Support integration with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, and Business Technology Platform (BTP).

  3. Governance & Optimization

    • Define and roll out process modeling standards and governance frameworks.
    • Lead process transformation initiatives aligned with strategic business goals.
    • Collaborate with enterprise architects, business leads, and transformation teams for fit-gap analysis and optimization.

  4. Training & Support

    • Conduct training sessions and onboarding workshops for business users and analysts.
    • Provide technical support during UAT, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
    • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for process performance monitoring.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 3–8+ years in business process management or SAP Signavio implementation.
  • Tools: Proficiency in SAP Signavio modules (Process Manager, Intelligence, Collaboration Hub).
  • Methodologies: Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, process hierarchy design, and modeling best practices.
  • SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, and integration techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with process mining, automation scripting, and data visualization.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation abilities.
  • Certifications: SAP Signavio certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure: Global deployments and large-scale transformation programs.
  • Industry Experience: Automotive, manufacturing, retail, or finance.
  • Familiarity: RPA, hyper automation, and SAP BTP.
  • Agile Project Delivery: Agile or hybrid project delivery experience.
