Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Manager to lead our Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall RevOps strategy across the marketing, sales, and customer success funnels
  • Oversight of the GTM systems and tools stack (CRM, automation tools, reporting platforms)
  • Establish funnel visibility and reporting—define, measure, and act upon relevant KPIs
  • Standardize processes across the revenue cycle (lead qualification, pipeline management, renewals, etc.)
  • Collaborate with functional heads to align on metrics, data definitions, and operational workflows
  • Implement CRM best practices and ensure data hygiene
  • Identify gaps and implement automation or process improvements to scale operations
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models and funnel dynamics
  • Ability to think strategically while also diving deep into operational details
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities; comfortable working with data
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement
Professional Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional RevOps initiatives end-to-end
  • Deep expertise with CRM systems
  • Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash processes and funnel metrics
  • Exposure to reporting/BI tools
  • Strong command of Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes and systems
  • Experience working directly with leadership teams

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue models and funnel dynamics, excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, and strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

They will be able to think strategically while also diving deep into operational details, and will have a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Professionals with experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, and proven experience leading cross-functional RevOps initiatives end-to-end will be preferred.
