About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the India market. As a key member of our international sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth within this strategic region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in India.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with utility companies, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.
  • Drive local partnerships and ecosystem development to expand our customer base and market presence.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior sales role within the software technology industry, with a focus on telecom or the utility sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably within the region.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
