Procurement Coordinator

As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, from sourcing and purchasing to delivery and payment.

Here are some of your main duties:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Source and procure goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and track orders, including processing payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive business growth.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement or a related field, with a strong understanding of logistics and operations principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, with experience in ERP systems like SAP or Epicor a plus.
